Amadelio is an independent buying-guide site for video-call gear. We help you choose a webcam, a headset or a few small extras without wading through spec sheets.
Our readers mostly work from home, join meetings from a spare room or want a clearer picture on family calls.
You don't need to know camera jargon. We explain terms like field of view, autofocus and USB-C in plain words.
What we cover
Our guides look at webcams for laptops and desktops, smart framing cameras from Insta360 and OBSBOT, and headsets from Jabra, Poly and Logitech. We also answer everyday questions, such as why a picture looks blurry or what a privacy shutter does.
Most guides are either a short list of picks for one need or a side-by-side comparison of two models people often weigh against each other.
How we work
For every product we cover, we read the maker's details, the specs and the features. We also look for patterns in what buyers say after they've used it.
Then we write the guide in everyday words and give each pick a score and a reason. The How we research page walks through the steps.
What we don't do
We don't make or sell anything. No brand pays us to be included or ranked higher.
Amadelio isn't connected to Logitech, Insta360, OBSBOT, Jabra, Poly or any other maker we mention.
We don't say we've tested every product. Our picks come from research, and we label a maker's claim as the maker's claim.
